ReceiptRadar
ReceiptRadar processes purchase receipt emails so we can identify purchased products, monitor post-purchase events, and send useful alerts. We aim to collect only the information needed to provide that service.
Your email address, the receipt emails you forward to ReceiptRadar, related email metadata, purchase details extracted from receipts, notification preferences, delivery status, and the operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
We do not connect to your inbox, ask for store passwords, or read anything you do not forward. If you do not send a receipt to ReceiptRadar, we do not see it.
Forwarded receipts are received through our email provider, stored in our database, and processed to extract merchant, product names, prices, order dates, return windows, and related purchase details.
We use your information to track purchases, detect useful post-purchase events, and notify you about actions such as price drops, recalls, warranty issues, and return deadlines.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate ReceiptRadar, such as email delivery, hosting, monitoring, authentication, and payment services.
We keep receipt and purchase information for as long as needed to provide tracking, alerts, account support, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
ReceiptRadar is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email support@receiptradar.app and we will respond within 30 days.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No online service can guarantee complete security, so only forward receipts you are comfortable storing in ReceiptRadar.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
