Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReceiptRadar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ReceiptRadar is a post-purchase tracking service. Users forward purchase receipt emails to ReceiptRadar so the service can extract product information, monitor items, and send alerts about useful actions such as price drops, recalls, warranty issues, and return deadlines.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for ensuring that the receipt emails you forward belong to you or that you have permission to process them through ReceiptRadar.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use ReceiptRadar for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Forward emails or purchase records that you do not have the right to use
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Attempt to access another user's account, inbox, receipts, or alerts
5. Alerts and Accuracy
ReceiptRadar is designed to help identify useful post-purchase actions, but we do not guarantee that every price drop, return deadline, recall, warranty issue, or retailer policy change will be detected. You remain responsible for confirming details with the retailer or manufacturer.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
ReceiptRadar may offer free and paid plans. Paid plan terms, billing cycles, renewal rules, and cancellation options will be presented at checkout or account management.
7. Intellectual Property
ReceiptRadar and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by ReceiptRadar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, sell, or lease any part of the service unless we give you permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that ReceiptRadar will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or always accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReceiptRadar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost data, or missed opportunities arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of ReceiptRadar after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to ReceiptRadar if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for ReceiptRadar, other users, or service providers.
